1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InvoiceFlow's services, website, or applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Use of Service

InvoiceFlow provides a cloud-based invoicing platform that allows users to create, send, track, and manage invoices and payments. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

You must maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You may not use another person's account without permission, and you may not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, provided that we give you reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.

If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is successfully completed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using the Service for fraudulent purposes or to create fraudulent invoices
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Engaging in any activity that could harm InvoiceFlow or its users

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including removing content, suspending, or terminating accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoiceFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service. By submitting content, you grant InvoiceFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

InvoiceFlow's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to InvoiceFlow during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account cancellation features in the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
